Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BeltFactory mobile game (the "Game") and the official website at belt-factory.web.app (the "Website"). By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using the Game or Website, you agree to these Terms.

The developer providing the Game and Website is Daniel Roke, established in Belarus, operating under the BeltFactory name. Contact: beltfactory.support@gmail.com.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BeltFactory. If the law where you live requires a higher age to agree to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and the applicable store rules, BeltFactory grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

The Game is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights in the Game, Website, artwork, code, music, text, trademarks, or other content are transferred to you.

3. Free access and full-game purchase

The Game can be downloaded and played through level 7 without purchasing the full version. Continued access from level 8 requires the available one-time, non-consumable full-game purchase.

Prices, taxes, payment, billing, family sharing, refunds, and store account eligibility are determined and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are subject to the terms of the store through which they are made. Where supported, the Game can query the store to restore a valid entitlement associated with your store account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Game or Website unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Bypass purchase checks, access restrictions, security measures, or technical limitations.
  • Interfere with the Game, Website, stores, Firebase services, or other supporting infrastructure.
  • Use automated systems to overload, scrape, probe, or attack the Website or services.
  • Misrepresent an association with or endorsement by BeltFactory.

5. Player content and local data

Factories, blueprints, settings, and progress are stored locally. You are responsible for maintaining device backups where available. Uninstalling the Game, clearing application data, resetting progress, changing devices, or device failure may permanently remove local data.

The Game may allow blueprint data to be copied or shared by you. You are responsible for what you choose to share and for ensuring that your sharing complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

6. Updates and changes

We may provide patches, balance adjustments, new levels, machines, compatibility changes, or other updates. Features may change, become unavailable, or require a newer Game or operating-system version. We do not guarantee that every version or feature will remain available indefinitely.

7. Third-party services

The Game and Website rely on services provided by Apple, Google, Firebase, device manufacturers, network providers, and other third parties. Their terms and policies may apply separately. We are not responsible for third-party services, store availability, outages, account decisions, or external websites.

8. Intellectual property

BeltFactory and its associated logos, visual identity, game design, artwork, software, documentation, and Website content are owned by BeltFactory or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share the official Game link and ordinary screenshots or recordings for personal commentary, reviews, or community discussion, subject to applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms. We may restrict access to online supporting services when reasonably necessary to protect the Game, Website, users, providers, or legal rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game and Website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeltFactory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of progress, data, revenue, or opportunity; or damage arising from third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law without removing any mandatory consumer protection or right you have in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, Website, providers, or legal requirements. The effective date will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continuing to use the Game or Website after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use, to the extent permitted by law.
